Not the usual 50 hours but 65 hours of training with Jim, your personal trainer, to accelerate the time it takes to qualify. No car share, no conveyor belt. Local and on your doorstep, Jim can provide training that fits around your commitments, with you alone from initial assessment drive right through to when you qualify.
  • That local knowledge is also invaluable for your franchise as we know first hand your instructing patch, it’s relevant routes, and how to maximise income potential from your area.
  • During qualification we’ll turn you into the local “Go to Expert” with extensive personal induction training to get your JSF Driving business started from the ground up. We offer up to 3 days of personal support prior to launch, ongoing training every quarter and regular bi-annual reviews to ensure your business is successful.
  • You’ll have 24 hour access to the JSF online training portal including everything you need to successfully run your business, from day to day checklists, how to videos, access to policies and legals, business and sales coaching and much, much more.
  • You’ll also benefit from our highly experience and specialist office team who will guide you and offer you the support you need, when you need it. We’re in your corner.
  • The office team provides a call answering and client introductory service with no further hidden costs to your franchise – you benefit from our high sales conversion rate receiving hot new leads ready to buy from you. Some schools just pass over names and addresses so you are effectively cold calling them back. JSF does all the hard work in before you even get to speak to your new learners so they are keen to get started when you call. 
  • We also ensure that your business is marketed in the best possible way, leaving you free to enjoy your driving, whether it’s online marketing via your personalised entry on the optimised JSF Driving School website, social media, press advertising, or direct mail. We even provide you with branded stationery and a top box!
  • You’ll have full training and access to the JSF admin systems which will enable you to run your daily business quickly, efficiently and effectively.
  • As we expand, you’ll be invited to regular “get togethers” for a bit of socialising, where you’ll be able to meet the rest of the team, receive ongoing training, and catch up on business developments.
