"Like all the best school teachers, Jim has the ability to teach his driving pupils without ever making them realise they're learning, and without making it seem like hard work. He knows how long to spend on a part of the tuition in order for it always to be worthwhile and sink in, but never become tedious. Also, along with every mirror, signal, manoeuvre, driving lessons with Jim are always fun, from the first to the last. By the time my test came around, I felt the most prepared I could, but not out of pocket. Jim's teaching style has meant that for me driving has become a hobby, not just a necessity or chore.
