Jim is a likeable instructor who provided a positive learning experience. Topics were covered thoroughly & there was a good structure to lessons. I felt more relaxed after a mock test in the run up to my actual test. More general driving & less structure after learning general skills gave me more confidence.Quotation marks end in red
