Massive achievement for Matthew McGirr from Bream who earned a well deserved first time pass at Monmouth Test Centre on 16th January, 2014, and with only one minor! Well done mate…you’ll have to buy your own polos from now on, but at least you can safely drive to the shops! Great job!
