JSF driving school are committed to providing each of our Driving Instructors with support that allows them to run their business as efficiently as possible. Each Driving Instructor has their own ‘patch’ for both economic and environmental reasons. We only take on a franchisee when we are sure we are able to offer a reliable income. JSF is a family-run independent business and we place a high value on our reputation so we monitor extensively before allocating a franchise. We invest in our Instructors as much as they invest in us.
We encourage a programme of ongoing professional development with CPD and support for ADIs plus mock tests and extra support for PDIs.
As a JSF driving school Instructor we can offer you:
- A supply of new pupils which will allow you to develop your own business, working the hours that suit you, in your patch.
- Full time back up and benefits of a dedicated, friendly and experienced office team, willing to offer advice and with a great conversion rate. Which leaves you free to get on with the driving!
- In most cases income will be paid directly to you by the client rather than through the office.
- The freedom to manage your professional diary and choose your level of support.

- A reduced franchise-fee introductory period can be arranged that allows you to gradually build up a client list and your hours.

Case Study – From Catering Manager To Driving Instructor
After 35 years in the catering environment I decided to hang up my wok and sever my apron strings to make way for the aspiring youngsters who were entering the trade.
During my catering career I had met and trained many people in various skills and I would gain immense satisfaction watching their hard work and perseverance pay dividends on their way to becoming a chef.
After a while I decided I was too young to retire and looked to train as a driving instructor. It was at this junction in my life that I found JSF Driving School.
