If you are a good driver and get on with people then you already have the first two requirements to become a JSF Driving Instructor.

JSF driving school are committed to providing each of our Driving Instructors with support that allows them to run their business as efficiently as possible. We know the area and the market and provide a simple, friendly and competitive franchise package – backed by a competent marketing strategy.

Each Driving Instructor has their own ‘patch’ for both economic and environmental reasons.  We only take on a franchisee when we are sure we are able to offer a reliable income. JSF is a family-run independent business and we place a high value on our reputation so we monitor extensively before allocating a franchise. We invest in our Instructors as much as they invest in us.

We encourage a programme of ongoing professional development with CPD and support for ADIs plus mock tests and extra support for PDIs.

As a JSF driving school Instructor we can offer you:

• A supply of new pupils which will allow you to develop your own business, working the hours that suit you, in your patch.
• Full time back up and benefits of a dedicated, friendly and experienced office team, willing to offer advice and with a great conversion rate. Which leaves you free to get on with the driving!
• In most cases income will be paid directly to you by the client rather than through the office.
• The freedom to manage your professional diary and choose your level of support.
• A competitive flat cost contract, simple and fair with no hidden charges or add on costs. If you fit the bill you can make a prompt start after Induction.
• A reduced franchise-fee introductory period can be arranged that allows you to gradually build up a client list and your hours.
• Up to six weeks franchise free weeks per year.

We expect from you:

• To teach to our own JSF driving school and DSA standards.
• To follow the JSF driving school and DSA code of conduct at all times.
• Charge lesson prices as advertised by JSF driving school including any discounts or special offers.
• Commitment to provide the best tuition possible.
